			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Estoy seguro que cuando Leonhard Euler decidió fundar las bases de las funciones en el siglo XVII no pensó que sus descubrimientos podrían servir para matar cucarachas o para salvar unos pequeños seres llamados Zogs.</p>
<p>Me parecieron muy curiosos los juegos recomendados en el blog &#8220;<a title="I want to teach forever" href="http://www.teachforever.com/2012/01/3-fun-online-games-for-reviewing-slope.html" target="_blank">I want to teach forever</a>&#8220;, me entretuve un momento recordando las funciones lineales y lo útil que me fueron.</p>
<p>&#8220;<a title="Algebra vs Cucarachas" href="http://hotmath.com/hotmath_help/games/kp/kp_hotmath_sound.swf" target="_blank">Algebra vs Cockroaches</a>&#8221; es un juego en el que necesitas tener conocimientos básicos de funciones lineales. Tienes que elegir un tipo de arma que te será útil para destruir a estas cucarachas que se desplazan en línea recta sobre el eje de coordenadas. Tu objetivo es determinar la ecuación lineal sobre la que se mueven las cucarachas, recuerda que cada cierto tiempo aparecerán más bichos y perderás cuando aparezca la 16° cucaracha.</p>

Tu objetivo es salvar a los Zorgs, unos seres espaciales que siempre se ubican en línea recta, con sólo hallar la función lineal que pasa por 4 de ellos.</p>

Es una cinta con características muy peculiares y es estudiada en <a title="topologia" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Topolog%C3%ADa">topología</a>.</p>
<p>Esta cinta fue co-descubierta en forma independiente por los matemáticos alemanes August Ferdinand Möbius (de allí su nombre) y Johann Benedict Listing en 1858. Debido a ello Möbius se hizo famoso.</p>
<p>Resulta que<a href="http://sferrerobravo.wordpress.com/2011/03/24/los-calzoncillos-de-mobius/" target="_blank"> Sara Ferrero</a> encontró que Möbius también tenía un calzoncillo muy curioso, con las mismas características de la cinta de Möbius pues tiene un solo lado.</p>
<p>Al parecer Möbius no tenía problemas en reconocer los lados de su calzoncillo <img src='http://mate.maticas.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt="icon smile Los calzoncillos de Möbius" class='wp-smiley' title="Los calzoncillos de Möbius" /> .</p>
